Transportation of wind turbine blade caused traffic delays Monday morning

Traffic delays and an obstruction of the roadway occured Monday morning when a semi-truck carrying a wind turbine blade attempted to make a left turn at the intersection of Austin Boulevard and Centennial Avenue, in Nevada. This drone photo shows the blade crossing all four lanes of traffic on Austin Boulevard. With assistance from local law enforcement, the truck was on its way and traffic resumed after a couple hours.
