Wolves Falls Prey to Nevada Lady Tigers

Clara Swearingen goes up for 2 of her 18 points against Reeds Spring. Swearingen became the second all time leading scorer in Nevada Lady Tiger history tonight surpassing NHS Hall of Famer, Hillary Adams.

Reeds Spring High School, Granby – The Nevada Lady Tigers varsity basketball squad traveled to Reeds Spring High School on Wednesday night. Nevada was coming off a 5-point loss last Friday at McDonald County and stood at 15-8 heading into tonight’s contest. The Lady Wolves entered the game at 6-16.   Reeds Spring was averaging 34 points on offense while giving up 6 points defensively.  By comparison, Nevada was averaging 51 points a game offensively while giving up just 40 points per contest on defense.
