A place for men to rebuild their lives

Rock Bottom Recovery House, home of Salvaged Junk Ministries, seeks to provide a safe place for former addicts to prepare to return to a productive life, according to Jeremy Boyd and Lucas Quamme.

Luke Quamme and Jeremy Boyd, creators of Salvaged Junk Ministries, have had a vision for the past few years to meet a need in the community.

“For the past couple three years, we've been renovating, and putting together a men's recovery house for the need that is in all communities, Quamme said. "We find that there's a lot of help for women, and men are just kind of expected to do stuff. I don't know if everybody knows, but like men are babies. They're real emotional…they're a handful. We like to act like we're big and we're tough, but they need support, too.”
