Carolyn Sue Neff, 71, Linn Creek, Mo., (formally of EI Dorado Springs) was called home to Heaven on May 2, 2015, after a lengthy illness. She was born on July 18, 1944, in Cedar County, daughter of James and Eula Hutsell. She graduated from EI Dorado Springs High School in 1962.
