In celebration of the Missouri Welding Institute’s new instructional addition, MWI’s owner, Brian Hollands, chose to cut the ribbon on Oct. 3 in the professional welder’s way—an acetylene torch (it was quite effective)—and then, again, the traditional way with old-fashioned scissors (also effective, but not nearly as cool.)...
