Marcus Blake Moberly, 21, El Dorado Springs, died Tuesday, May 25, 2004, at University Missouri Medical Center, Columbia, Mo., following a lengthy illness. He was born May 1, 1983, in Joplin, to William Mark Moberly and Margie Dawn Webster Moberly. He grew up and attended schools in Webb City and Carthage. He lived in Nevada two years prior to going to live with his aunt and uncle, Diana and Max Pyle in El Dorado Springs for the past year. Survivors include his father, Mark Moberly, Nevada; his mother Margie Moberly, Webb City; two brothers, Gary Webster, Fort Bragg, N.C., Brian Webster, Jacksonville, Ill.; one sister, Amber Phillips, Springfield; grandmothers, Virginia Moberly, Nevada, and Arnola Hawkins, Webb City; one niece, many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Funeral Services will be held at 1:30p.m. on Saturday, May 29, at Ferry Funeral Home, Nevada, with the Rev. Bill Smith officiating. Interment will follow in Deerfield Cemetery. Friends may call now and until the hour of service and the family receives friends 5 to 6 p.m., on Friday at the funeral home. Memorials may be given in his memory to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, University of Missouri Medical Center Adolescent Ward, in care of Ferry Funeral Home.
