Robert E. Price

Robert E. Price, 73, Bethel Township, Pa., died Dec. 30, 2004, while being treated for complications from advanced liver cancer at the Reading Hospital and Medical Center, West Reading, Pa. He was born in Middletown, Ohio, the son of Charles A. and Sylvia Esther (Hinkle) Price.

He was a graduate of Middletown High School in Middletown, Ohio, and a graduate of Missouri Valley College, Marshall, Mo. He was the Corporate Credit Manager for the Miller Group, Schuylkill Haven, Pa., for seven years, retiring in 2001. He was a veteran of the Korean War serving in the U.S. Navy from January 1952 to February 1955.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Janet G. (Darton) Price, who died Oct. 23, 2002; one brother; and three sisters. He is survived by a son, Gregory A. Price, Bethel, Pa.

Services will be private. Burial will be in Newton Burial Park, Nevada. Arrangements were by Klee Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Shillington, Pa.
