Katelyn Michelle Foulk

John and Trista Foulk and Hayden Wayne and Abby Necole Foulk, Nevada, are proud to announce the birth of their daughter and sister, Katelyn Michelle Foulk. Katelyn was born on March 15, 2005, at Nevada Regional Medical Center. She weighed 6 pounds, 10 ounces, and measured 20.5 inches. Paternal grandparents are Kathy Pryor and Allan Foulk. Maternal grandparents are Ronnie Radford and Carmen Radford. Maternal great-grandparent is Myra Huckaby.
