Janet Phelps Corn, 58, Puyallup, Wash., formerly of Nevada, died Thursday, April 14, 2005, in the Good Samaritan Hospital in Puyallup, Wash. Family information and funeral arrangement will be announced later by Ferry Funeral Home, Nevada.
