Ronald Royce Russ

Ronald Royce Russ, 71, retired, died Tuesday, May 24, 2005. Visitation with the family will be from 7-8:30 p.m., Thursday at the Downing and Lahey Mortuary West, in Wichita, Kan. Services will be held Friday at 10 a.m., at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Wichita, Kan.

He was preceded in death by his father, H.I. Russ. He is survived by his wife, Donna; sons and daughter-in-law, Randall Russ, Lubbock, Texas, and Steven and Lisa Russ, Nevada; daughter and son-in-law, Lori and Jeff Mitchell, Wichita, Kan.; mother, Fern Russ, Hays, Kan.; sister, Karen Wallgren, Hays, Kan.; brothers, Robert, Sterling, Kan., Venald, Marietta, Ga., Terry, San Antonio, Texas, and Edward, Jetmore, Kan.; and grandsons, Ryan Russ and Logan Mitchell.

Memorials have been established with Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice, 313 S. Market, Wichita, KS 67202; and The Ronald R. Russ Brown Mackie Business College Scholarship Fund, in care of EDMC Education Foundation, P.O. Box 15213, Portland, ME 04112 (please note name of scholarship on check).
