Braden, Cady engagement

Mr. and Mrs. Terry J. Braden of Raymore, Mo., announce the engagement of their daughter, Alison Paige Braden, to Aaron Michael Cady, son of Gary Cady, Seattle, Wash., and Kathy Cady, San Francisco, Calif.

The bride-elect is a 1998 graduate of Nevada High School and a 2002 graduate of the University of Missouri Columbia with a Bachelor of Science degree in Textile and Apparel Management, with an emphasis in Marketing and Merchandising. She is currently employed as a sales manager for Intercontinental Hotels in Seattle.

The groom-elect is a 1996 graduate of Shorecrest High School, Shoreline, Wash., and a 2000 graduate of the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Science in History. He is currently employed as a project engineer for Absher Construction in Puyallup, Wash.

The couple plan to be married on Oct. 8, 2005, at Unity Village in Lee's Summit, Mo. and will reside in Seattle.
