Derek Andrew Hoffman

Greg and Melissa Hoffman, Nevada, and Anthony and Bailey are proud to announce the birth of their brother and son, Derek Andrew Hoffman.

Derek was born at 4:42 a.m., Feb. 20, 2006, at Nevada Regional Medical Center. He weighed 8 pounds, 14 ounces, and measured 20 inches.

Paternal grandparents are the late Tony and Esther Hoffman, California, Mo.

Maternal grandparents are Elaine Pyle, El Dorado Springs, and Max and Diana Pyle, El Dorado Springs.
