Layla Nicole Thornton

William Thornton and Nicole Phelan, Butler, and Tyler, are proud to announce the birth of their daughter and sister, Layla Nicole Thornton.

Layla was born at 8:24 a.m., Sept. 18, 2006, at Nevada Regional Medical Center. She weighed 5 pounds, 14 ounces, and measured 18.5 inches.

Paternal grandparents are Mike and Jenny Thornton, Nevada. Paternal great-grandparents are Lester and Carolyn Thornton, Nevada, and William and Kathryn Bedwell, Butler. Paternal great-grandparent is Margaret Berry, Butler.

Maternal grandparents are Joe and Diana Phelan, Butler.
