Strauss Paxton Banes

Brent and Ashley Banes, Bronaugh, and Josie, are proud to announce the birth of their son and brother, Strauss Paxton Banes.

Strauss was born at 4:36 p.m., Oct. 3, 2006, at Nevada Regional Medical Center. He weighed 7 pounds, 7 ounces, and measured 20.5 inches.

Paternal grandparents are Barbara and David Thrasher, Lamar, Mo., and Mike and Kathy Banes, Sheldon. Paternal great-grandparents are H.C. and Betty Lathrop, Sheldon, and Gene and Shirley Banes, Sheldon.

Maternal grandparents are Carey and Diane McNeil, Bronaugh. Maternal great-grandparents are Lea McNeil, Bronaugh, and Romie and Joan Phillips, Moundville.
