Jimmy Mackey and Billie Jo Phelps, Rich Hill, and Natisha are proud to announce the birth of their daughter and sister, Emily Raylynn Mackey.

Emily was born on Dec. 19, 2006, at Nevada Regional Medical Center, Nevada. She weighed 7 pounds, 9 ounces, and measured 20 inches.

Paternal grandparents are Nancy Daniels, Lamar. Paternal great-grandparent is Lawrence Mackey, Sheldon.

Maternal grandparents are Mary and John Wassenaar, Osceola, Mo., and Bill and Denise Phelps, Rich Hill. Maternal great-grandparent is Harry Wassenaar, El Dorado Springs.
