Margaret was born and reared around Franklin, Kan., and spent her youth there. She graduated from Franklin High School in 1943. Margaret was a homemaker and helped her husband on the farm for her lifetime.
Survivors include two sons, Jerry Morris and his wife, Janet, Deerfield, Mo., and Terry Morris and his wife, Gail, Lake of the Ozarks, Mo.; one grandson, Michael Morris, Deerfield; and one sister, Betty Shead, Cleveland, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Louis and Jules Pommier; and two sisters, Josephine Kobak and Victoria Barrett.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., on Thursday, April 19, at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, Garland, Kan., with the Rev. Terry Mosher officiating. Interment will follow in Heavisides Cemetery at Garland. Friends may call now and until 9 a.m., on Thursday at Ferry Funeral Home, Nevada, and the family receives friends 6-7 p.m., Wednesday evening at the funeral home.
