Tiffany Leann Churchwell

Latrisha and Adam Churchwell, and big sister Kimberly Churchwell, of Nevada, are proud to announce the birth of their daughter and baby sister Tiffany Leann Churchwell. Tiffany was born at 5:42 a.m., June 1, 2008, at Nevada Regional Medical Center. She weighed 5 pounds, 4 ounces and measured 18 inches.

Maternal grandparents are Cindy Kirkpatrick, of Nevada, and Mitch Pryor, of Cleburne, Texas. Maternal great-grandparents are Pat Hallam and the late Claude Hallam, of Nevada, the late Alberta and Don Loiselle, and the late Norman Pryor. Maternal great-great-grandparent is J.C. McDonald and the late Thelma McDonald, of Avon, Ill.

Paternal grandparent is the late Kelly Churchwell. Paternal great-grandparents are Wayne Hendricks, of Neosho, and the late Bonnie Hendricks.
