Sept. 6

There were reports of an assault in the Deerfield area, a traffic stop in the Walker area, a 911 accidental dial in the Rich Hill area, a traffic accident in the Lawrence County area, a trespassing in the Schell City area, a 911 call in the Nevada area, a juvenile in the Nevada area, a vehicle theft in the Vernon County area, goats out in the Moundville area, a 911 wrong number in the Nevada area, a vehicle accident in the Nevada area, a 911 wrong number in the Cedar County area, an alarm in the Nevada area, a vehicle accident in the Cedar County area, a vehicle accident in the Dederick area and a burglary in the Sheldon area.

Aubrey D. Cavenaugh, 47, of Rutledge, Mo., was arrested and processed by the Nevada Police Department on charges of assault on a law enforcement officer. She was released on a $1,500 bond.

Sept. 8

There were reports of signs down in the Moundville area, a traffic hazard in the Nevada area, a controlled burn in the Nevada area, a driver going the wrong way on the south bound lain of 71 Highway in the Nevada area, a tow request in the Milo area, harassment in the Nevada area and a controlled burn in the Bronaugh area.

Ronald E. Dighero, 55, of Nevada, was arrested and processed by the Nevada Police Department on charges of two counts of probation violation. He is being held in lieu of a $1,922.50 cash only bond.

Dustin H. Ebert, 31, of Ozark, Mo., was arrested and processed by the Nevada Police Department on charges of passing a bad check. He was released on a $250 bond.
