An accident occurred at 5:05 p.m., on West and Hickory, involving a SUV driven by Theodore D. Furry, of Nevada, and a car driven by Kortini L. Gossett, of Nevada. No injuries were reported.

There was a report of a burglary in the 300 block of east Ashland, made by Martine Steckman, of Nevada. She reported jewelry and a camera stolen.
