Sheriff's Report Oct. 6

There were reports of a stranded motorist in the Nevada area, a stranded motorist in the Sheldon area, a domestic assault in the Nevada area, a check well being in the Nevada area, an extra patrol request in the Nevada area, threats in the Nevada area, a cow out in the Nevada area, and three traffic stops in the Nevada area.

Jason C. Lathrop, 29, of Nevada, was arrested and processed by the Nevada Police Department on charges of failure to appear for passing bad checks. He was released on a $800 cash only bond.
