Joseph Ray Turner

Becca and Paul Turner and big brother, Daniel Otwell, Ind.,are proud to announce the birth of their son and baby brother, Joseph Ray Turner. Joseph was born at 8:23 a.m., on Oct. 4, 2008, at Memorial Hostpial, in Jasper, Ind. He weighed 7 pounds, 5 ounces, and measure 20 inches.

Maternal grandparents are Elizabeth York and the late Michael York.

Paternal grandparens are Daniel and Wesena Turner.
