Belinda Jean Beisly, 47, Deerfield, Mo., passed away Wednesday, July 15, 2009, at her home in Deerfield. She was born Feb. 15, 1962, in Fort Scott, to Elwood Leroy Irwin and Wilma Jean Smith Irwin.

Belinda grew up in Nevada and graduated from Nevada High School in 1980. She worked at Bain's Del-Way Drive-In for many years. She has worked at 3M for the past 17 years. Belinda was an active volunteer for Nevada Youth Wrestling.

Survivors include one son, True Benjamin Beisly, of the home; her mother, Wilma Irwin, Nevada; one brother, David Irwin and his wife Cindy, Nevada; two nieces, Brittney Irwin, Joplin, Mo., and Allie Irwin, Nevada; one great-nephew, Andrew; two aunts, Marilyn Fritts, Greenwood, Mo., and Melva Keithley, Milo; one uncle, Robert Smith, Milo; numerous cousins, relatives, and friends including Bob and Evelyn Bain of Nevada and her many friends at 3M.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m., on Monday, July 20, at Ferry Funeral Home, Nevada, with Mark Mitchell officiating. Interment will follow in Newton Burial Park, Nevada. Friends may call from 1 p.m., on Saturday and until the hour of service and the family receives friends 5-7 p.m., on Sunday, July 19, at the funeral home.
