Leah N. Harper - Derek K. Hall

Announcement is made of the engagement and forthcoming marriage of Leah Nicole Harper to Derek Keith Hall. Parents of the couple are Charles and Connie Harper, Fort Scott, Kan., and Brian and Joyce Hall, also of Fort Scott.

Bride-elect Harper graduated from Fort Scott High School in 2005. She is currently employed by CIGNA Healthcare.

Prospective-groom Hall graduated from Fort Scott High School in 2005. He is currently employed by Tri-Valley.

The couple are planning to be married on Aug. 29, 2009, in a 4 p.m. ceremony, at First Christian Church, in Fort Scott.
