Sept. 23

An accident occured at 10:41 a.m., on Cedar and Cherry, involving a pickup driven by Caleb A. Dirks, of Schell City, and a car driven by Judy A. Renn, of El Dorado Springs. No injuries were reported.

Sept. 24

There was a report of a theft in the 1500 block of north Osage, made by Osage Prarie RV Park, in Nevada. A golf cart was reported stolen.

An accident occurred at 3:10 p.m., at Barnes Storage parking lot, involving an SUV and trailer driven by Terrance N. Trudell, of Golden, City, Mo. As the SUV was pulling onto the lot, the entrance gate struck the trailer attached to the Trudell vehicle.

An accident occurred at 5:25 p.m., on Austin and Centennial, involving a pickup driven by Lukas R. Gibson, of Nevada, and a pickup driven by Kenneth P. Richmond, of Nevada. Gibson was listed with probable, but not apparent injuries. A 10-year-old female, 8 year-old-male, and 1 year-old-male passengers in the Gibson vehicle were all listed with evident but not disabling injuries.

Sept. 25

An accident occurred at 8:01 p.m., on Walnut and Tucker, involving a parked van owned by Dorothy I. McCoy, of Nevada, and a vehicle that left the area. No injuries were reported.

There was a report of a petty theft in the 700 block of west Hunter, made by Samantha Williams, of Milo. She reported a purse and contents stolen.

There was a report of a theft of a firearm from a motor vehicle in the 900 block of north Subway, made by Earl Brown, of Fort Scott. He reported a handgun, ammunition, clothing, and personal items stolen.

There was a report of a theft in the 300 block of west Ashland, made by Jeremy Pyle, of Nevada. He reported a stereo face plate stolen.
