No one injured in Wednesday truck crash

A one vehicle accident occurred on U.S. 71 Highway about 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, when a southbound delivery truck struck the concrete barrier on the right side of the roadway and continued south strewing parts along the highway and causing the rear axle of the vehicle to come to rest in the median. No cause was available for the accident at press time and no injuries were reported. Traffic was delayed for a time then resumed, but came to a stop again as a wrecker arrived on the scene. --Rusty Murry/Daily Mail
