Zachary Ryan Churchwell

Adam and Latrisha Churchwell and sisters Kimberly and Tiffany, of Nevada, are proud to announce the birth of their son and brother, Zachary Ryan Churchwell. Zachary was born at 9:10 a.m., Dec. 23, 2009, at Nevada Regional Medical Center. He weighed 5 pounds, 11 ounces, and measured 18 inches.

Maternal grandparents are Cindy Kirkpatrick, Nevada, and Mitch Pryor, Cleburne, Texas. Maternal great-grandparents are Patricia Hallam, Nevada, and the late Claude Hallam. Maternal great-great-grandparents are the late Jesse and Thelma McDonald and the late Don and Alberta Loiselle.

Paternal grandparent is the late Kelly Churchwell. Paternal great-grandparents are Wayne Hendricks, Neosho, Mo., and the late Bonnie Hendricks.
