Jan. 7

An accident occurred at 5:13 p.m., on West and Cherry, involving a bus driven by Meggan B. Witte, of Moundville, and a pickup driven by Hope N. Timbrook, of Nevada. No injuries were reported.

Jan. 10

An accident occurred at 3:19 p.m., on Hickory and Cedar, involving a van drven by Ricky V. Barker, of Nevada, and a car driven by Johnnie E.J. Howard, of Lamar. Also damaged was a utility pole owned by KCP&L. Jennifer A. Porter, of Nevada, was listed with disabling injuries.

Jan. 11

A burglary was reported in the 900 block of west Sycamore, made by Kathleen Eador, of Nevada. She reported fishing equipment stolen.

Jan. 13

A petty theft was reported in the 1200 block of west Cherry, made by Lindsay Hollenberg, of Nevada. She reported a tire and wheel stolen.

Jan. 14

An accident occurred at 2:27 p.m., at Family Dentistry's parking lot, involving a parked car owned by Wanda J. Howard, of Nevada, and an unknown vehicle. No injuries were reported.

Jan. 15

An accident occurred at 10:22 a.m., on West and Walnut, involving a pickup driven by Thelma L. Silvers, of Nevada, and a car driven by Aleasha G. Sneed, of Nevada. Sneed was listed with probable but not apparent injuries.

An accident occurred at 2:55 p.m., on Hickory and West, involving a pickup driven by Connie M. Thornburg, of Rich Hill, and a van driven by Carol A. Martin, of Marshfield, Mo. No injuries were reported.
