Holeman -- 60 years

Hope E. Burch and A. Colwell Holeman, of Bronson, Kan., were married Aug. 23, 1950, at the Bronson United Methodist Church. They will be celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary at the home with their family on Aug. 22.

The Holemans have lived in the Bronson community their entire married lives, on the farm once owned by Colwell's grandparents.

Immediate family include son Bob and wife DeAnna, daughter Peggy, son Bill and wife Lora, eight grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
