Fowler -- 50 years

Clinton and Kathryn Fowler, of Sheldon, Mo., will observe their 50th wedding anniversary on Oct. 14, 2010. Clinton and the former Kathryn Rawlings were married Oct. 14, 1960, in Harrison, Ark. In lieu of a reception, their children and families gave and accompanied them on a week-long trip to Myrtle Beach, S.C., in September.

The Fowlers' three children are Angie Bruning and husband Karl of Springfield, Mo., Craig Fowler of Brookline, Mo., and Laura Green and husband Brad of Bolivar, Mo. Their seven grandchildren are Katie Bruning Lewellen and husband Lucas, of Springfield, Mo., Tonya Bruning Baker and husband Jeremy of Springfield, Mo., Chris Bruning of Springfield, Mo., Nick Lathrop of Marshall, Mo., Clint Lathrop of Twentynine Palms, Calif., Marine base, Cole Green and Abby Green of Bolivar, Mo. They also have two great-grandchildren, Noah and Aubrie Lewellen, of Springfield.
