October 1

There were reports of trespassing in the Sheldon area.

Frances Carpenter was arrested for shock incarceration. No bond amount.

Bryan Shepherd was released.

David Mealman was arrested for hold. Bond is $10,000.

October 3

There was a report of a structure fire in the Compton Junction area.

Tammy Church was arrested for possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. Bond is $1,500.

Tammy Church was released on $1,500 bond.

There were reports of identity theft in the Nevada area and burglary in the Sheldon area.

There were reports of theft in the Sheldon area, property damage in the El Dorado Springs area, burglary and property damage in the Moundville area and burglary in the Bronaugh area.

Shawn Grant was arrested for distribution and possession with intent. Bond is $100,000.

Laurie Houdashelt was arrested for distribution and possession with intent. Bond is $100,000.

October 6

There was a report of a missing juvenile in the Schell City area and a theft in the Moundville area.

William Gardner was arrested for domestic assault, failure to appear, and operating a motor vehicle on highway without a license. Bond is $8,000.

Leslie Slater was arrested for failure to appear. Bond is $2,281.15.

Ron Miller was arrested for passing bad checks. Bond is $700.

Darryl Heckadon was released to Bates County.
