Survivors include four sisters, Judy Bennett of Lamar, Mo., Frances Stephan Jenkins and Eleanor Stephan Jenkins, both of Nevada, Mo., and Mary Kay Barclay, Chanute, Kan.; three brothers, George Allen Jenkins and wife, Lou, of Nevada, Mo., David Jenkins Horne and wife, Dorothy, of Independence, Mo., and Vernel Lee Jenkins of Fort Mohave, Ariz.

A memorial service will be held in Arlington, Va., on Nov. 13.
