Country Inn and Suites helps support leadership program

The funds will be used to support Cottey's Presidential Leadership Program, an after-school program offered to Nevada High School junior and senior girls. Students are selected based on application and teacher recommendation. The program is team-taught in 12 sessions by Cottey faculty and staff including Cottey president Dr. Judy Rogers. Those sessions focus on team-building, communication skills, ethical decision making, networking with business cards, social protocol, and selecting a college. This program is funded through community donors.
