Mary Ruth Graham, age 66, a resident of Uniontown, Kan., died Thursday, Jan. 6, 2011, at the Mercy Health Center in Fort Scott. She was born July 30, 1944, the daughter of Paul Ramsey and Ruth Rogers Ramsey. She graduated from the Uniontown High School in 1962. Mary married Douglas Graham on May 27, 1962, at Uniontown, Kan. She had worked at the Union State Bank in Uniontown for nearly 20 years. Mary enjoyed going to the casinos, shopping, fishing, flower gardening and especially spending time with her family. She was a member of the First Missionary Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband, Doug, of the home; her children, Melessa Moran and husband, Gary, Topeka, Kan., Tracy Kipper and husband, Brian, Kansas City, Mo., and Troy Graham and wife, Laurie, Arma, Kan.; four grandchildren, Michael Hale, Madeline Hale, Trevor Graham and Lily Graham. Also surviving is a brother, Leonard Ramsey, Nevada, Mo. She was preceded in death by her parents.

The Rev. Marty DeWitt will conduct funeral services at 10:30 a.m., Monday, Jan. 10, at the First Missionary Baptist Church in Uniontown. Burial will follow in the Uniontown Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m., Sunday, at the Cheney Witt Chapel.
