Derek Ast - Nicki Copsey

Mr. and Mrs. Rudy Spann of Nevada, Mo., announce the engagement of their daughter, Nicki Copsey, to Derek Ast, son of Mr. and Mrs. Daryl Ast of Nevada.

Nicki is a 2010 graduate of Crowder College with an associate's degree in social work. She is currently employed by West Central in Nevada.

Derek is a 2004 graduate of Missouri State University with a degree in agriculture. He is currently employed by ADM-Deerfield.

A country-style wedding is planned for Sept. 24, 2011, at the Nevada fairgrounds with a reception following at the 3M Clubhouse.
