Mary Lee Bishop

Mary Lee Bishop, 38, Moundville, Mo., passed away on Monday, Oct. 3, 2011, at Freeman Health System West, Joplin, Mo. She was born July 16, 1973, in Columbia, Mo., to Walter George Kidwell and Delores Ann Gibson.

Mary was raised in Ava, Mo., and attended Ava High School. She worked at various occupations, but primarily was a homemaker. She has lived in Vernon County for the last 15 years. Mary was a cheerful, warmhearted person and loved her two dogs. She loved her family very much and that love was returned in full.

Survivors include her mother, Delores Ivicsics, Salem, Mo.; two brothers, Daniel Ivicsics and his wife, Megan, Wahpeton, N.D., and Travis Ivicsics and Melissa Young, Salem, Mo.; one sister, Alice Kidwell and her fiancé, Steven Gipson, Salem, Mo.; two nieces, Brianna Ivicsics, Stockton, Mo., and Elana Ivicsics, Wahpeton, N.D.; one nephew, Landyn Ivicsics, Wahpeton, N.D.; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

A memorial service will be held at a later date in Salem, Mo. Arrangements are under the direction of Ferry Funeral Home, 301 S. Washington, Nevada.
