Avery Jade Lewis

Scott and Patty Lewis and older sisters, Allison and Rylee, are proud to announce the birth of their daughter and baby sister, Avery Jade Lewis.

Avery was born at 3:18 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 2, 2012, at Nevada Regional Medical Center. She weighed 8 pounds, 3 ounces, and measured 20 and 1/2 inches.

Maternal grandparent is Anna Martin of Houston, Mo. Maternal great-grandparent is Emma Clinton of Houston, Mo.

Paternal grandparents are Charlie Lewis of Carthage, Mo., and Janet Lewis of Carthage, Mo.
