Phelani Heather Hostetter

Josh Hostetter and Kizzi Pace of Nevada, Mo., and older siblings, Blaiz Pace, and Trypp and Kyrin Hostetter, are proud to announce the birth of their daughter and baby sister, Phelani Heather Hostetter.
