Richard Dale Coyle, 72, Nevada, passed away on Saturday, May 4, 2013, at Nevada Regional Medical Center, following a lengthy illness. He was born on March 18, 1941, in Minneapolis, Minn., to Paul V. Coyle and Doris Grace Peterson Coyle. He married Judith A. Cramer on Oct. 4, 1962, in San Bernardino, Calif., and she preceded him in death on May 13, 2007.

Richard was raised in Waterville, Minn., and lived and worked in Minnesota most of his life. He also spent time in California working as a mechanic for Texaco. Richard had lived in Nevada for the past 19 years.

Survivors include three children, Robert E. Coyle and his wife, Christina, El Cajon, Calif., James E. Coyle, San Diego, Calif., and Kelly G. Torres and her husband, Ramon, Highlands Ranch, Colo.; eight grandchildren, Anthony Hernandez, Springfield, Mo., Alicia Torres, Denver, Colo., Ramone Torres Jr., Highlands Ranch, Colo., Jordan Coyle, El Cajon, Calif., Shannon Coyle, El Cajon, Calif., Justin Coyle, San Diego, Calif., Cassidy Coyle, San Diego, Calif., and Aubrey Coyle, San Diego, Calif.; two sisters, Katherine Smith, Minneapolis, Minn., and Connie Johnson, Minneapolis, Minn.; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by his parents, and one brother, Michael Coyle.

The family will receive friends from 7-8 p.m., Thursday, at Ferry Funeral Home, Nevada. No additional services are planned.
