Ophel Eadeth Moorman, 85, Nevada, died Tuesday, May 21, 2013, at the Barone Alzheimer's Care Center, in Nevada, following a lengthy illness. Ophel was born Nov. 4, 1927, in Blanchard, Okla., to Warren Kellogg and Vena Maynard Kellogg.
