Letter to the Editor

You made celebration possible this year

Thursday, July 11, 2013

Dear Editor:

This year's Bush-whacker Days was one of the best we have had in many years and it was due to your sponsorship, service or donations that made it happen, and it is greatly appreciated.

Without you, Bush-whacker Days would not have been the great event that it was and we cannot thank you enough. It takes at least three things to put on a festival -- money, volunteers and support.

Next year's Bush-whacker Days will be focusing on our Golden Anniversary of Bush-whacker Days. We are already working on re-enactments, lots of living history, and great entertainment.

As a volunteer organization, receiving no city or county funds, your continued support is essential to this free community event.

We are always looking for new ideas or suggestions.

Any questions or comments, please contact one of the Bushwhacker Days Committee listed below.
