Franklin Logan Wisely

Franklin Logan Wisely, 59, of Butler, Mo., went home to be with the Lord on Monday, Jan. 19, 2015, after a brief battle with cancer.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Logan and Nadine Wisely, of Sheldon; his stepmother, Minnie Wisely, of Lamar, Mo.; and his longtime companion, Tammy Thomson.

Frank is survived by his children, Keith Wisely and fiancé, Linda Huenefeld, of Butler, Mo., Patrina Oldham and husband, Franklin, of Reed Springs, Mo., and Sam Wisely and wife, Ashley, of Springfield, Mo.; two grandchildren, Addison and Aiden Wisely; and stepdaughter, Beth Delp and husband, Brad, and stepgrandchild, Lillian Delp, of Jerseyville, Ill. He is also survived by his beloved sisters, Dorothy McCaslin of Lamar, Mo., Marion Barnes of Nowata, Okla., Norma Mooneyham of Nevada, Mo., Lucille Hooper of Adrian, Mo., and Jeannie Simmons of Tidewater, Mo., whose love carried him through his battle with cancer; and his older brother, Herbert "Jack" Wisely, of Nevada, who was never far from his thoughts.

Visitation with the family will be held Saturday, Feb. 7, from 5 to 7 p.m., at Adrian United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall, in Adrian, Mo.
