Ronnie Lee Moss
Ronnie Lee Moss, 60, of Nevada, Mo., passed from this life on Sept. 19, 2015, at the Moore-Few Care Center, in Nevada. He was born Nov. 23, 1954, in Demopolis, Ala., the son of Clyde and Mary Louise (Marlowe) Moss.
Ronnie attended school in Alabama and worked in the pest control industry before starting his own construction business working in residential construction and remodeling. In 2011, he relocated to Las Vegas before moving to Missouri in 2014.
He was a lifelong fan of Alabama Crimson Tide Football, old western movies, and was known to be an avid fisherman. He loved to go out to eat with family and friends, and lived his life as someone who tried daily to always "enjoy the little things." He always cherished his time with family.
Survivors include his children, Ronnie Jr. Duggans, Janan Flowers, Jeri Moss, Ashley Moss, and Brian Moss; 13 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; brother, Jessie Moss; sister, Lillie Ann Jones; and nieces, nephews, other extended family and many friends. Ronnie was preceded in death by his parents; stepfather, Isadore Braswell; sister, Jane Champion; and beloved daughter, Tammy Smith.
A family remembrance visitation is scheduled from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., Friday, Oct. 2, at Ferry Funeral Home, in Nevada. Contributions may be made to a fund for the family in care of Ferry Funeral Home.
