Loucinda Maria Grant

Loucinda Maria Grant, age 33 of Nevada, passed away on Saturday, March 4, in Nevada.

She was born on Oct. 26, 1983, in Nevada. Loucinda was raised in Nevada and graduated from Nevada High School with the Class of 2000. She lived her whole life in Nevada and worked as a cashier for Ramey's Grocery Store for several years and later for the Nevada Truck Stop. Loucinda's greatest love was spending time with her mother and children. She also loved fishing and camping and helping out at the Nevada Eagles Lodge.

Survivors include her children, Kristofer Grant, Clearwater, Kan., Kassandra Grant and Kendall Grant, of the home; her parents, Cynthia Caviness and Dennis of Nevada, and Douglas Starbuck Sr., Nevada; three brothers, Douglas Starbuck Jr, Nevada, Dewayne Davis, Farmington, Iowa, and Dennis Caviness Jr., of Arizona; three sisters, Jessica Fredrickson, Oklahoma, Samantha Stringfellow, Cameron, Mo., and Rebecca Davis, Keokuk, Iowa; her special friend, Roy Collins, of Nevada; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

The family will receive friends from 2-4 p.m. on Friday afternoon at Ferry Funeral Home in Nevada and a Celebration of Life will be held at 7 p.m. on Saturday, March 11, at the Nevada Eagles Lodge in Nevada.

In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to the family care of Ferry Funeral Home, Nevada.
