Patricia S. Chrisenberry

Patricia S. Chrisenberry, 85, Nevada, Mo., passed away on Friday, Nov. 26, 2021, at Moore-Few Care Center, in Nevada. Patricia was born June 16, 1936, in Nevada, to Verne and Beatrice V. (Whitworth) O’Toole. She was united in marriage to Bob L. Chrisenberry on July 26, 1958, in Nevada, and he preceded her in death on Dec. 4, 2002.

Patricia was raised in Bronaugh and attended high school there where she enjoyed playing basketball. She graduated from Bronaugh High School Class of 1954. Following her school years, Patricia worked as a switchboard operator at Southwestern Bell Telephone Company. She retired after more than 30 years of service. Upon retiring from the telephone company, she was employed with Nevada R-5 School District and held various positions including Librarian at Bryan Elementary school, Substitute Secretary, and Lunchroom Aide. She enjoyed gathering for “Cousins Coffee”, and playing cards with her friends. She also loved spending time with family camping at the lake and attending family reunions.

Patricia is survived by her son-in-law, Scott Schulze, Nevada, Mo.; two grandchildren, Kelsi Maddy (Kyle), and Blair Dickson (Ridge); and three great-grandchildren, Kamden, Kaden, and Quinn. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her son, Larry Chrisenberry; daughter, Kerri Schulze; and a grandson, Bradley Chrisenberry.

Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, Dec. 11, at Ferry Funeral Home, in Nevada, with Pastor Roger Beach officiating. Private Interment will follow.
