Local author Tammie Barnett Jager donated her latest children's book to the Nevada Public Library Tuesday morning. Having grown up in Branson, Mo., and then moving to Nevada one year and four months ago, Jager noted that writing didn't come easy for her and she first began writing when she was 47-years-old. The donated book, titled "What Would You Do if the Snow Turned Blue?," is the first in an anticipated series of children's books following the adventures of Jager's daughter and her dog. The book is available in the children's section of the library to be checked out and enjoyed by local children.
