NHS Prom undeterred by forecasted rainy weather Saturday

With a brief period of rain earlier in the afternoon, Nevada High School seniors and juniors were able to dodge the forecasted inclement weather and arrive dry and in style to the 2022 prom Saturday evening.

The promenade was enjoyed by family and community members alike as each group of seniors took turns exiting their oftentimes unique ride and entering the building. With approximately 250 NHS seniors, juniors, and their guests arriving for the prom, the promenade itself was a two hour event, followed by the Prom and After-Prom.

Prom royalty was announced that evening with seniors Logan Smith and Claire Pritchett being crowned Prom King and Queen. NHS juniors Drew Beachler and Maddy Majors were crowned Prom Prince and Princess.
