Kristull LuAnn Wingert (Williams), 50, of Nevada, Mo., passed away July 9, 2023.

Kristull was born on the Pacific Coast in Torrance, Calif., on Sept. 2, 1972, to Diana Williams and Neil Hartson. She grew up in California and moved to Missouri when she was 15. She also lived for over a year with her Aunt, Cathy Norman, who was like a second mother to Kristull.

In 1989, Kristull caught the eye of Kelly Wingert while they attended Sheldon High School. They were married on Aug. 7, 1993, and lived in Kansas City, Sheldon, and Nevada. The marriage brought three children, Tucker Wingert who married Katie Allison-Wingert, of Pittsburg, Kan.; Rylee Wingert and her partner Abigail Usrey of Lawrence, Kan.; Rhett Wingert of Springfield, Mo.; and her beloved dog, Amber. She was a supervisor for US Bank Mortgage while raising her family. She had a love for music, especially Prince and The Beatles. She enjoyed being creative, crafting, painting, or creating, especially when she did it with friends, co-workers, or her husband.

She enjoyed gardening and getting her hands dirty, but also liked a nice glass of wine, good makeup, and board games. She loved to visit new places and always wanted to experience new things. She was adventurous and enjoyed camping, spending time outdoors, and swimming.

Kristull was genuine, kind, pure in heart, and accepting. She had a passion for leading, mentoring, and empowering young women through the Girl Scouts of America.

Kristull had immense pride in her family, and would do anything for her children, attending show choir competitions, football games, concerts, and all sorts of activities. Kristull and Kelly’s son, Tucker, died in August 2021; her father, Neil, in 2017.

We enjoyed her care and compassion, her laughter and smile, but most of all her presence. Kristull’s eyes were donated and will continue to see the world through many shades of purple, her favorite color. Her final days were surrounded by family, friends, and the many people who she cared for and loved.

The family she leaves behind also includes her siblings, nieces, nephews, and friends.
