City council passes emergency bills to issue NRMC's bonds

Nevada City Attorney William McCaffree told city commissioners Tuesday evening if they don't approve the two readings for an emergency ordinance authorizing the city to issue a subordinated hospital revenue forbearance bond, Nevada Regional Medical Center would most likely have to close it's doors.
