Persephone Cadence Posten

Christopher and Laurie Posten, of Lee's Summit, are proud to announce the birth of their daughter, Persephone Cadence Posten. Persephone was born at 6:14 p.m., Nov. 27, 2009, at St. Luke's East Hospital, Lee's Summit. She weighed 5 pounds, 7 ounces, and measured 18 inches.

Maternal grandparents are Tom and Lynn Wade. Maternal great-grandparents are Coleman and Dorothy McQueen, of Lee's Summit.
