Council outlines incentives that could encourage development

Nevada Daily Mail By resolution, the Nevada City Council voted Tuesday night to approve the city's 2005-'06 development incentive schedule, delineating possible incentives that could be used to help spur new development in the area. The revised incentive schedule includes for residential developments, Neighborhood Improvement District financing for waterlines and sewer and the 2010 sewer line extension program which uses NID financing to pay for the extension of the utilities. ...

Early warning system arrives in Harwood
